No. We do sharpening only. If a blade has lost teeth or carbide, it needs a different trade. Send a photo and we'll tell you straight which one you're dealing with.
Yes, on drill bits and annular cutters, as a special request rather than standard. Mention what you need when you get in touch and we'll sort it out before the job starts.
Dull is fine, that's the job. Chipped, cracked or missing teeth is a different matter, and so is heat damage that has gone through the steel. Send a photo if you're unsure and we'll have a look before you go to the trouble of getting it to us.
It depends on the job and what's already on the bench, so we don't quote a set number of days. Get in touch with what you've got and we'll give you a realistic timeframe before anything starts.
Every job is quoted individually. No two blades come in with the same wear, so there's no price list to publish. Send a photo and a count and you'll get a figure back.

Both. Fabrication shops, forestry operations and butchers make up most of the work, but a tradesperson with a handful of drill bits or one blade off the drop saw is just as welcome. Pickup and delivery is the one service limited to business clients.
The workshop is in Bunbury and pickup and delivery covers the South West. Anywhere else in Australia, post your tools in and we'll send them back the same way.
Yes. Helix Industrial Sharpening holds public liability insurance, and a certificate of currency is available on request. Just ask when you get in touch.
