Short version: we use them to quote your job and nothing else.
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, a description of the job, any photos you attach, and whether you plan to drop off, book a pickup or post your tools in.
To quote your job, complete the work and get your tools back to you. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or send you anything you haven't asked for.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and are emailed to us. Netlify's servers may be located outside Australia. We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our tax and accounting obligations.
Nothing is tracked. There are no analytics, no advertising and no cookies, so you won't see a cookie banner. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The site is served over HTTPS.
Some pages link to suppliers such as Bordo and Brobo, and to our Instagram. Once you follow a link you're on their site, under their privacy terms, not ours.
Ask us and we'll tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it, unless we're required to keep it for tax or accounting reasons. Email info@helixind.com.au or call 0439 684 417.
